ZONING MINUTES Page 4 Bd. of Adjustment
#517. Motion by Voges, second by Dahlk to grant a variance of 15 feet
from required setback from S.T.H. 78 as per finding of fact.
1. Proposed residence will replace a mobile home on the same
location.
2. A rock outcropping, 15 + feet high rises from the highway to the
level of the proposed residence site. There is not way that the pro-
posed site could interfere with traffic, or road improvement.
3. Moving the residence farther back would place it out of the level
area into the existing drive.
4. Locating in other than the proposed site would make it very difficult
to utilize existing septic and well.
CONCLUSION:
A. Proven case of unnecessary hardship.
B. Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public
interest.
Motion carried.
#518. Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public
interest.
Motion carried.
Motion by Voges second by Dahlk to deny variance of 40' 2" for deck
addition as per finding of fact.
1.
