MINUTES OF THE DANE COUI!"i Y BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> AUGUST , 1976. <br /> IL Present: Erickson, Dahlk, Voges. <br /> Also present: Enger, Fleck. <br /> Meeting was called to order at 7:15 P. M. by Chairman Erickson in <br /> Room #226. Motion by Voges second by Dahlk to approve the minutes of <br /> July 17 and August 17, 1976. Motion carried. Motion by Dahlk, second by <br /> Voges to approve the proposed 1977, budget for the Zoning Department. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. <br /> #496. Appeal by Robert J. Pribbenow for a variance from required rear <br /> yard as provided by Section 10.05 (7) (a) of the Dane County Zoning <br /> Ordinance. Variance is necessary to permit a deck addition to a resi- <br /> dence located on Lot #17, Prestige Hills, Section 29, Town of Springfield. <br /> IN FAVOR: R. Pribbenow - OPPOSED: None - TOWN BOARD: Not present. <br /> #497. Appeal by Sidney Norland for a variance from required setback <br /> from the right-of-way line of Norland Road as provided by Section 10.17 (3) <br /> of the Dane County Zoning Ordinance. Variance is necessary to permit <br /> an entry-way addition to a residence located in part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 <br /> Section 16, Town of Primrose. <br /> IN FAVOR: Sidney Norland - OPPOSED: None - TOWN BOARD: Edner <br /> Norland, Chairman, no objection. <br /> #499. Appeal by Paul Burns for a special exception permit to construct <br /> a pond within 300 feet of Saunders Creek located in part of the E 1/2 <br /> SE 1/4 Section 18, Town of Albion. <br /> IN FAVOR: P. Burns - OPPOSED: None - TOWN BOARD: Not present <br /> DNR - No communication. <br /> #500. Appeal by the Town of Cross Plains for a special exception permit <br /> re-grade Stage Coach Road and replace existing culverts at Black Earth <br /> Creek located in part of the E 1/2 of Section 11, Town of Cross Plains. <br /> IN FAVOR: Don Walker, Assistant Commissioner Dane County Highway, repre- <br /> senting the Town of Cross Plains. OPPOSED: None - DNR: No communi- <br /> cation. <br /> 4501 . Appeal by Anthony J . Horning for a variance from required setback <br /> ['rem centerline of Windsor Road as provided by Section 10.17 (3) of <br /> the Dane County Zoning Ordinance.
