Motion by Dahlk second by Voges, to grant a variance of 20 feet <br /> Y Y g 9 <br /> from required setback from centerline of S.T.H. 19 as per finding of <br /> fact: <br /> 1. Existing residence is non-conforming. <br /> 2. Addition will be to the rear of residence. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> A. Unnecessary hardship. <br /> B. Variance is not contrary to public interest or rights of others. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #451. Motion by Voges second by Dahlk to grant a variance of 18 feet <br /> from required setback from the centerline of S.T.H. 19 as per finding <br /> of fact: . <br /> 1. Eixsiting residence is non-conforming. <br /> 2. Addition will not encroach farther into setback area than does <br /> the existing residence. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> A. Unnecessary hardship. <br /> B. Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public <br /> interest. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #452. Motion by Voges second by Dahlk to waive appearance requirements <br /> and grant a 16 feet variance from required setback from Pioneer Road <br /> Cr <br /> as per finding of fact with the condition that structure will be removed <br /> no later than October 15, 1976. <br /> 1. Existing temporary structure was built unaware that a permit was <br /> required for such structures. <br /> 2. Pole structure can easily be relocated or removed except that <br /> nursery stock has been "bedded" or placed within for protection from <br /> the sun. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> A. Unnecessary hardship would be realized if structure were to be <br /> removed at this time. <br /> B. Variance is not contrary to public interest or to rights of <br /> others. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #453. Motion by Voges second by Dahlk to grant the special exception <br /> permit to place fill within a flood plain area as per finding of fact <br /> with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Proposed fill is not located in floodway. <br /> 2. Proposed fill is not more than necessary for purpose. <br /> 3. Adjacent lots to north have been filled in the past for residen- <br /> tial purposes. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> A. Fill will be placed no farther back on lot than the proposed <br /> 82 feet from the front lot line. <br /> B. Fill will be covered with topsoil and seeded with fast growing , <br /> itgrasses to prevent erosion. <br />
