MINUTES OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> FETING OF JUNE 20, 19750 <br /> Ayr Present: Erickson, Dahik, Voges. Also: Enger, Fleck. <br /> Meeting was called to order at 7:30 P. I. by Chairman Erickson in room <br /> 226, to conduct a Public Hearing as published in the notice° Motion <br /> by Voges second by Dahlk to approve the minutes of May 22, and June ltl, <br /> 1975, motion carried. <br /> The notice was read and the Public Hearing was opened. <br /> #352. Appeal by Ronald J. Hayko for a variance from rear yard require- <br /> ments as provided by Section 10.06 (7)(a) of the Dane County Zoning <br /> Ordinance° Variance is necessary to permit a residence on Lot 179, <br /> 3rd Addition Wildwood, Township of Fitchburg. <br /> IN FAVOR: R. Hayco, residence was built without the contractor requestin; <br /> the required inspectors. Rear yard violation was discovered by Zoning <br /> Department after the residence was occupied. Contractor is out of <br /> business and has moved to California. R. Hayco, owner, requests variance <br /> so that Certificate of Compliance may be issued. <br /> OTHERS IN FAVOR: None OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: Not present. <br /> /"353. Variance is necessary to permit alterations and addition to <br /> a non-conforming building location on pt. lots, 4, 5, 9 and 10, blk. 13, <br /> Paoli, Township of Montrose. <br /> IN FAVOR: Sam Storm: Existing building are non-conforming purpose of <br /> addition is to connect garage to the main building so that it may be <br /> used as a storage room thereby providing room for expansion ar0 remodeling <br /> in the main building.
