MINUTES OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> MEETING OF NOVEMBER 21, 1975. <br /> Present: Erickson, Dahlk, Voges <br /> Also present: Enger, Fleck. <br /> Meeting called to order by Chairman Erickson at 7:30 P.M. Room 226. <br /> Motion by Dahik, second by Voges to approve minutes of October 17, and <br /> November 15, 1975. Motion carried. <br /> The notice was read and the Public Hearing was opened. <br /> #402. Appeal by Arlen Bliefernicht for a variance from the required set- <br /> back from Morrison Street as provided by Section 10.17 (4) of the Dane <br /> County Zoning Ordinance. Variance is necessary to permit an addition to <br /> the residence located on Lots 5 & 6 Block 13, Village of Morrisonville, <br /> Section 6, Township of Windsor. <br /> IN FAVOR: A Bliefernicht - purpose of variance is to tear off old <br /> front porch and build a larger heated porch. The existing residence <br /> is located to close to the front lot line, other yards are conforming. <br /> OTHERS IN FAVOR: None OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: M. Erickson, <br /> Chairman.no objection. <br /> ' <br /> #403. Appeal by Tom Caine for a variance from required setback from <br /> Byrne Road as provided by Section 10.17 (3) of the Dane County Zoning <br /> Ordinance. Variance is necessary to permit an addition to the residence <br /> located in part of the SE'/4 SE'/4 of Section 23, Township of Fitchburg. <br /> IN FAVOR: Attorney J.Winter representing T. Caine existing residence <br /> is non-conforming addition will not increase non-conformity other yards <br /> are conforming. <br /> OTHERS: None OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: letter stating their <br /> approval. <br /> #404. Appeal by L. W. Huddleston for a variance from required setback <br /> from depot and streets as provided by Section 10.17 (4) of the Dane <br /> County Zoning Ordinance. Variance is necessary to permit alterations <br /> and additions to buildings located on Lots 7 & 8, Block 7, Village of <br /> Windsor, Section 29, Township of Windsor. <br /> IN FAVOR: L. W. Huddleston - plan to enclose center portion of buildings <br /> to provide more storage. There will be some interior alterations inside <br /> the buildings, paneling, etc. , nothing major. A grass mall will be pro- <br /> vided on the Depot Street side. The existing buildings are located too <br /> close to streets; work will not increase non-conformity. <br /> OTHERS IN FAVOR: None OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: M. Erickson, <br /> Chairman in favor. <br /> #405. Appeal by James P. Westergard for a variance from required set- <br /> back from Fritz Road and from required rear yard as provided by Section <br /> 10.17 (3) and 10.12 (7) of the Dane County Zoning Ordinance. Variances <br /> are necessary to permit additions to a residence located in part of the <br /> SWA SE's, Section 6, Township of Montrose. <br /> IN FAVOR: J. Westergard - Residence is old cheese factory, developed <br /> 411, water problem in the basement requiring a new wall to correct. Decided <br />
