ANSWER: Kratcha - Mr. Zeier's <br /> land is not in the sewer district andthe sewer is a forced main and canno [ <br /> be utilized for service. Project is just in planning stage, easements, <br /> etc. will have to be obtained. <br /> OTHERS IN FAVOR: None OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: No communication <br /> The Public Hearing was closed. <br /> #402. Motion by Dahlk second by Voges to grant 7'9" variance from requir d <br /> setback as per finding of fact: <br /> 1. Existing residence is non-conforming. <br /> 2. Other yards are in compliance. <br /> 3. Most ,all of the residences in Morrisonville are located too close <br /> to the roads and some have obtained variances to build. <br /> Conclusion: <br /> A. Addition will not cause safety hazzard <br /> B. Variance is necessary to provide right enjoyed by others. <br /> C. Variance would not be contrary to public interest or rights <br /> of others. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #403. Motion by Voges second by Dahlk to grant variance of 13' from re- <br /> tor quired setback as per F.O.F. <br /> 1. Existing residence is non-conforming. <br /> 2. Addition will be in line with residence. <br /> 3. Side and rear yards are conforming. <br /> 4. Road is straight in front of residence. <br /> Conclusion: <br /> A. Addition will not cause safety hazzard. <br /> B. Variance is necessary to provide rights enjoyed by others. <br /> C. Variance is not contrary to public interest or rights of <br /> others. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #404. Motion by Dahlk, second by Voges to grant 20' variance from <br /> Second Street and 14' from Depot Street as per finding of fact. <br /> 1. Existing buildings are non-conforming. <br /> 2. Alterations will all be interior. <br /> 3. Buildings are in good condition. <br /> Conclusion: <br /> A. Variance is necessary to provide rights enjoyed by others. <br /> B.
