Condition causing the hardship is unique. <br /> c The-variance__is._necessary in order to secure for the applicant <br /> a right or rights that are enjoyed by other property owners in <br /> the same area or district. Motion carried° <br /> #318. Motion by Dahlk, second by Voges to deny variance, as status of road <br /> was questionable. Motion carried. <br /> #319. Motion by Dahlk, second by Voges to grant the Special Exception <br /> Permit as per finding of fact: <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1. Proposed siding is to maintain repair of existing non-conforming resid- <br /> ence. <br /> 2. Neither use, nor building, will be expanded° <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> a. The proposed siding will not adversely affect the flood plain. <br /> Notion carried. <br /> #320. Notion by Voges, second by Dahlk to grant the Special Exception <br /> Permit as per finding of fact: <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1. Dredging is necessary to provide adequate channel at flood stage. <br /> 2. New tiling is necessary to provide adequate drainage for farm land <br /> now partially tiled° <br /> 3. Both land owners have conferred with S.C. S. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> a. Dredging and tiling must be done in cooperation with planning <br /> by S. C. S. Motion carried. <br /> #312. Held in abeyance from September 20, 1974. <br /> Motion by Dahlk, second by Voges to deny as: <br /> 10 Purpose can be served with signs whicn are permitted by the ordinance. <br /> 2. No hardship involved. <br /> 30 Contrary to Ordinance. Motion carried. <br /> Motion to adjourn by Voges, second by Dahlk.
