Dane County Board of Adjustment - 3 - April 19, 1974 <br /> #272. Motion by Dahlk, second by Holte, to deny. Appellant did not <br /> appear. Carried. <br /> 0 ` #273. Motion by Dahlk, second by Holte, to grant ecial Exception <br /> Permit. Carried. <br /> � P. <br /> Special Instructions: Building must be firmly anchored to foundation. <br /> Electrical service, including outlets, etc. and any heating equipment • <br /> must be installed above the flood protection elevation. <br /> #274. Motion by Dahlk, second by Holte, to grant a variance of 22' 6" <br /> from rear yard requirements. Carried. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1. Preserves the zoning ordinance without modification as far as possibl- <br /> without injustice to the individual. <br /> 2. Proven case of unnecessary hardship. <br /> 3. Muat be proved necessary in order to secure for the applicant the • <br /> rights that are enjoyed by other property owners in the area. <br /> 4. Variance is not contrary to public interest or rights of others. <br /> #275. Motion by Dahlk, second by Holte to deny request for variance to <br /> construct the addition to the front of the garage and to approve a <br /> variance of 20' to construct the addition on the front (towards the <br /> residence) side of garage. Carried. <br /> #276. Motion by Dahlk, second by Holte, to hold in abeyance to allow <br /> time for appellant to file a brief. <br /> #277. Motion by Dahlk, second by Holte, to grant 411/41 variance from <br /> rear yard requirement. Carried. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1.
