Geisler and informed that the <br /> necessary 14' parcel was available at the price of $1,000. <br /> Decision of the Board of Adjustment as follows: <br /> Motion by Dahlk to deny granting of variance on Petition #264. Second <br /> by Holte, carried. <br /> Finding of Fact: As the aaaitional land is available, the Board has <br /> no other choice than to deny petition.
