Appeal by Ronald :w'. Dys from denial of a permit to build an
addition to a residence located on Lot 17, Block 3, Third Addition,
Highwood Estates, Township of Albion. Permit denied because rear yard is
less than required by the Dane County Zoning Ordinance.
IN FAVOR: R. Dys, a permit for the addition was taken out approximately
six months ago. Not realizing a site plan was required the builder was
given only dimensions of the addition and an error was made in rear yard
estimate. The side yard is also short and requires a 21' variance. The
hones in Tai ohwnnd Eatat.oc are staggered one foi and on the lnt and the
next one to the back of the lot. This creates problems for many. The
addition is in the only feasible location on the residence.
OTHERS IN FAVOR: None. OPPOSED: None.
