MINUTES OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> MEETING OF February 23, 1973 <br /> The Dane County Board of Adjustment met on February 23, 1973 with the <br /> following members present: Erickson, Holte, Dahlk. Also: Enger, Fleck. <br /> Meeting was called to order by Chairman Erickson at 7:30 P.M. in Room <br /> 226 to conduct a public hearing as published in the notice. Motion by <br /> Holte to approve the minutes of January 19 and February 16, 1973. Second - <br /> by Dahlk, carried. <br /> The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. <br /> #209. IN FAVOR: Sam Storm - proposes remodeling of existing building <br /> nonconforming as to setback from C.T.H. PB. Other yards are okay. <br /> Alteration of interior only.. No external expansion of building, will be <br /> used as a duplex. <br /> OTHERS IN FAVOR: None. <br /> OPPOSED: None. <br /> TOWN BOARD: Letter from Town Clerk, Donald Pauli. Town Board has no <br /> objection if present setback is maintained. <br /> #210. IN FAVOR: Tom Gallagher - addition is needed for living space. <br /> Well and septic system are located on North side of building preventing <br /> addition in that direction. Purchase of land to the rear is impossible <br /> because of 20 acre minimum purchase set by owners of the property. <br /> OTHERS IN FAVOR: None. <br /> OPPOSED: None. <br /> TOWN BOARD: Not present. <br /> The public hearing was closed. <br /> #209. Motion by Holte to grant variance of 3 feet in setback from <br /> CTH PB as per finding of fact: <br /> 1. Proven case of unnecessary hardship. <br /> 2. Condition is not found on any other property. <br /> 3. Not contrary to public interest or property values. <br /> Second by Dahlk, carried. <br /> . 210. Motion by Dahlk to grant variance of 13 feet from rear yard <br /> requirements as per finding of fact: <br /> 1. Proven case of unnecessary hardship. <br /> 2. Condition is not found on any other property. <br /> 3.
