MINUTES OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING OF February 23, 1973 The Dane County Board of Adjustment met on February 23, 1973 with the following members present: Erickson, Holte, Dahlk. Also: Enger, Fleck. Meeting was called to order by Chairman Erickson at 7:30 P.M. in Room 226 to conduct a public hearing as published in the notice. Motion by Holte to approve the minutes of January 19 and February 16, 1973. Second - by Dahlk, carried. The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. #209. IN FAVOR: Sam Storm - proposes remodeling of existing building nonconforming as to setback from C.T.H. PB. Other yards are okay. Alteration of interior only.. No external expansion of building, will be used as a duplex. OTHERS IN FAVOR: None. OPPOSED: None. TOWN BOARD: Letter from Town Clerk, Donald Pauli. Town Board has no objection if present setback is maintained. #210. IN FAVOR: Tom Gallagher - addition is needed for living space. Well and septic system are located on North side of building preventing addition in that direction. Purchase of land to the rear is impossible because of 20 acre minimum purchase set by owners of the property. OTHERS IN FAVOR: None. OPPOSED: None. TOWN BOARD: Not present. The public hearing was closed. #209. Motion by Holte to grant variance of 3 feet in setback from CTH PB as per finding of fact: 1. Proven case of unnecessary hardship. 2. Condition is not found on any other property. 3. Not contrary to public interest or property values. Second by Dahlk, carried. . 210. Motion by Dahlk to grant variance of 13 feet from rear yard requirements as per finding of fact: 1. Proven case of unnecessary hardship. 2. Condition is not found on any other property. 3.
