MINUTES OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING OF November 16, 1973 . Present: Erickson, Holte, Dahlk. Also: Fleck. Motion by Dahlk, second by Holte to approve minutes of October 19 and November 10, 1973. Carried. Meeting called order at 7:30 P.M. in Room 226 by Chairman Erickson. Notice was read and the Public Hearing was opened. A request by L. . Marshall, #f254, to be heard first was presented; there were no objections. #254. Appeal by Mr. & Mrs. Laird Marshall from denial of a permit to remodel (restore) a non-conforming residence located on Lot 13 and the 1 of Lot 12. Assessor's Plat #2, Section 9, Town of Dunn. Permit denied because side yard is less than required by the Dane County Zoning Ordinanc=. IN FAVOR: Mr. & Mrs. L. Marshall, proposed alterations will provide ex- pansion of residence to accomodate larger family. Wm. Fleck, Zoning Department, pointed out that a variance of 9' was also required on setback from water. OTHERS IN FAVOR: None. OPPOSED: None. TOWN BOARD: Not present. Lot 28; presented plan, addition will not make residence more non-conforming. Residence was built to West side of lot because of existing water drain, on East side of lot, which services the area.
