MINUTES OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> MEETING OF November 16, 1973 . <br /> Present: Erickson, Holte, Dahlk. Also: Fleck. <br /> Motion by Dahlk, second by Holte to approve minutes of October 19 and <br /> November 10, 1973. Carried. <br /> Meeting called order at 7:30 P.M. in Room 226 by Chairman Erickson. <br /> Notice was read and the Public Hearing was opened. A request by L. . <br /> Marshall, #f254, to be heard first was presented; there were no objections. <br /> #254. Appeal by Mr. & Mrs. Laird Marshall from denial of a permit to <br /> remodel (restore) a non-conforming residence located on Lot 13 and the <br /> 1 of Lot 12. Assessor's Plat #2, Section 9, Town of Dunn. Permit denied <br /> because side yard is less than required by the Dane County Zoning Ordinanc=. <br /> IN FAVOR: Mr. & Mrs. L. Marshall, proposed alterations will provide ex- <br /> pansion of residence to accomodate larger family. Wm. Fleck, Zoning <br /> Department, pointed out that a variance of 9' was also required on setback <br /> from water. <br /> OTHERS IN FAVOR: None. OPPOSED: None. TOWN BOARD: Not present. <br /> COMMUNICATION: Letter from Dr. & Mrs. E. Rosenbaum, adjoining property <br /> owner, in favor. <br /> #244. Appeal by Russell C. Loper from denial of a permit to build an <br /> addition to a residence located on a parcel of land in the SA1 SIN, <br /> Section 11, Town of Roxbury.
