Permit denies because setback <br /> from County Highway 'DM" is less than required by the Dane County Zoning <br /> Ordinance. <br /> _ IN FAVOR: N. Johnson; was forced into purchase of property because of lot <br /> line dispute. Only use was to renovate existing non-conforming residence. <br /> Mr. Johnson also recaested a 2' variance from rear yara requirements to <br /> permit sale of land to owner of building that is encroaching on this <br /> property. <br /> OTHERS IN FAVOR: None.
