ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5545 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> YORK <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning <br /> District Maps of the Town of York be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes <br /> District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5545: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 11, Town of York described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Section 11; thence West along the <br /> line of said 1/4 1/4, 448 feet; thence South, 475 feet; thence East 448, <br /> thence along the east line of said 1/4 1/4, 475 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a -- <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: APR 2. 7 1993 <br />
