The Agriculture, Environment & Zoning Committee of the Dane County Board, pursuant to its powers and after a public <br /> hearing, the applicant for Conditional Use Permit No. ,Z5>0 or his agent being afforded and opportunity to pre- <br /> sent relevant facts supporting the application, and after hearing all persons opposing such application, does here- <br /> by make the following: <br /> FINDING OF FACT <br /> 1. That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or en- <br /> danger the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. <br /> 2. That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not be <br /> substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use. <br /> 3. That the establishment of the proposed conditional use will not impede the normal and orderly development and im- <br /> provement of the surrounding property for uses permitted in the district. — -- <br /> 4. That adequate utilities, access roads, drainage and other necessary site �cnprovements will mai. be made. <br /> 5. That adequate measures will ash.be taken to provide ingress and egress so designed as to minimize traffic congestion <br /> in the public streets. <br /> 6. That the proposed conditional use does mock. conform to all applicable rec,.:'aticros of the district in which it is pro- <br /> posed to be located. <br /> For Conditional Uses in the A-1 Agriculture (Exclusive) District, the Folio, Additional Findings Shall be Made: <br /> 1. This use will es* benefit the needs of either the residents or the agr; ural activities in the area. <br /> 2. There are not other locations available for this use. <br /> 3. The land to be occupied by this use is not productive agricultural land <br /> 4. Public services needed by this use are not available. ,A ,4, <br /> 5. Public services'needed by this use can mt be furnished without becomin , unreasonable burden on the taxpayers. <br /> 6.
