ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5546 Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of DUNKIRK The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunkirk be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes and RH-3 Rural Homes District the following described land: Pet. #5546: Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 4 , Town of Dunkirk described as follows: TO RH-1 - (proposed Lot #3) : Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 4 ; thence East along the South line of said 1/4 1/4, 495. 00 feet; thence North 33 feet; thence East 297 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue East 66 feet; thence North 314 feet; thence East 132 feet; thence North 360 feet; thence South 674 feet to the point of beginning. TO RH-i - (proposed Lot #1) : Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 4; thence East along the South line of said 1/4 1/4, 495. 00 feet; thence North 33 feet to the point of beginning; thence East 150. 00 feet; thence North 890 feet; thence West, 150. 00 feet; thence South 890. 00 feet to the point of beginning. The above listed descriptions are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. EFFECTIVE DATE:
