ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5546 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNKIRK <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunkirk be amended to include in the <br /> RH-1 Rural Homes and RH-3 Rural Homes District the following described <br /> land: <br /> Pet. #5546: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 4 , Town of Dunkirk described as follows: <br /> TO RH-1 - (proposed Lot #3) : Commencing at the South quarter corner of <br /> said Section 4 ; thence East along the South line of said 1/4 1/4, 495. 00 <br /> feet; thence North 33 feet; thence East 297 feet to the point of beginning; <br /> thence continue East 66 feet; thence North 314 feet; thence East 132 feet; <br /> thence North 360 feet; thence South 674 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-i - (proposed Lot #1) : Commencing at the South quarter corner of <br /> said Section 4; thence East along the South line of said 1/4 1/4, 495. 00 <br /> feet; thence North 33 feet to the point of beginning; thence East 150. 00 <br /> feet; thence North 890 feet; thence West, 150. 00 feet; thence South 890. 00 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-3 - (proposed Lot #2) : Commencing at the South quarter corner of <br /> said Section 4 ; thence East along the South line of said 1/4 1/4, 495. 00 <br /> feet; thence North 33 feet; thence East 147 . 00 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence North 890 feet; thence West 147 feet; thence North 397 <br /> feet; thence East along the North line of said 1/4 1/4 , 495 feet; thence <br /> South 638 feet; thence West 198 feet, thence South 674 feet; thence West <br /> 150 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed descriptions are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
