` t <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5569 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNN <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the RE-1 <br /> Recreational District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5569 <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 4 and SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 3, Town of Dunn <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 4, thence <br /> S 89° 18' 00" West, 19.14 feet along the South line of the South line of the SE <br /> 1/4 of said Section 4; thence N 12° 50' 42" East, 33.94 feet to the existing <br /> North right-of-way line of Bible Camp Road; thence N 39° 57' 57" East, 120.96 <br /> feet to the existing West right-of-way line of USH 51; thence Northerly 185.88 <br /> feet along said right-of-way line and along the arc of a curve concave to the <br /> East, having a radius of 5,789.58 feet; thence N 26° 35' 43" West, 33.09 feet, <br /> to the point of beginning; thence N 26° 35' 43" West, 33.94 feet; thence N 68° <br /> 28' 27" West, 274.00 feet; thence S 24° 00' 00" West, 25.02 feet; thence S 68° <br /> 28' 27' East, 298.04 feet to the existing West right-of-way line of USH 51, to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
