Areal photo depicting the driveway and <br /> location of the site and pertinent crop land <br /> on the property; <br /> 2 . A Proposed Rezoning Map showing the survey <br /> done for the site, together with legal <br /> description of the 1. 67 acre site to be <br /> rezoned R-1A; and <br /> 3 . The "conditionally approved" mound system <br /> plumbing plans and specifications for the on- <br /> site sewage system for the site. <br /> +0 O 1 Co.1-7 e-r-c. l <br /> The intent and purpose of a rezone is to allow s��,.�, � <br /> construction of a single famil residence by Thomas and Sue Ann O• <br /> Pyper on the designated site, Construction of the driveway, <br /> well, septic system and single family residence is presently <br /> intended to be completed by the end of the 1993 calendar year. <br /> The site is located in a brush and rough land area. It will <br /> not limit the surrounding lands potential for agriculture use and <br /> does not conflict with agriculture use on the land or other <br /> properties. As shown on the areal photo, the site is on the back <br /> side of one of the agriculture crop portions or the property, <br /> which will continue to be used for crop land. <br />
