This petition to create a bui ding site is for the same 39-acre site, which was considered for <br /> RH-1 zoning (Petition 4407), which was granted in January 1989. <br /> The current petition would allow a second building site on the 39-acre site. A second site would be contrary <br /> to the density policy of one lot per 35 acres for non-farm homes. <br /> If this petition is approved, it should be in exchange for removal of the RH-1 approved area. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPT.
