ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5572 <br /> • Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> CROSS PLAINS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> zoning District Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to include in the <br /> R-lA Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5572: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 7, Town of Cross Plains described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the said Section 7; thence N <br /> 89° 59' 30" East 337.16 feet; thence S 00° 49' 20" West 1186.00 feet; thence <br /> East 185 feet to the point of beginning. Thence East 270 feet; thence North <br /> 270 feet; thence West 270 feet; thence South 270 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
