This approval is based on Chapter <br /> 145, Wisconsin Statutes and the Wisconsin Administrative Code. The plans are <br /> stamped 'conditionally approved' . This approval is contingent upon compliance with <br /> any stipulations shown on the plans. All items that are noted must be corrected. <br /> All permits required by the city, village, township or county shall be obtained <br /> prior to construction.
