This proposed rezoning to A-1 Agricultural is in an unsewered development area of the <br /> unincorporated community of North Bristol The purpose in the plan designation is to allow for limited <br /> additional residential development in this rural community. <br /> The current use of the parcel is agricultural with some sheds present. There are farm buildings, a feed mill <br /> and a bar immediately to the north of the proposed rezoning. All of the lots to the east along CM N are <br /> developed with houses. <br /> While rezoning to allow an agricultural shed does not appear to have much impact, there could be <br /> considerable impact if the shed were for farm animals. Therefore, the committee may want to consider a <br /> conditional rezoning which prevents housing livestock in this area. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPT. (EHD) <br /> CO.
