This land <br /> would continue to be used as agricultural but it would permit the <br /> construction of a 40' x 80' shed to be built in May , 1993 on Lot <br /> 2 . This shed will be used for private use . This is the only <br /> improvement proposed at this time . My residency is the lot to <br /> the north with the metal shed on it . I also own Lot 4 directly <br /> to the west of these three lots . My long range plans are to <br /> consolidate these 4 lots back into 1 lot . <br /> When I purchased this land in 1984 it was and has continued <br /> to be used as agricultural .
