( ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5574 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> ALBION <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> zoning District Maps of the Town of Albion be amended to include in the R-1 <br /> Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5574: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 24, Town of Albion described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 24; thence North on <br /> North-South quarter line, 660 feet more or less to the Northeast corner of said <br /> S 1/2 SE 1/4 SW 1/4 being the point of beginning; thence South on said quarter <br /> line, 175 feet more or less; thence West, 372 feet more or less; thence North, <br /> 175 feet more or less to North line of said S 1/2 SE 1/4 SW 1/4; thence East on <br /> said North line, 372 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE /QY 2 4 1993 <br />
