1 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5575 <br /> �1 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning District`s in he Town of <br /> J <br /> YORK <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of York be amended to include in the RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5575: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 27, Town of York described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 27, thence North along the <br /> West line of said Southwest quarter, 1320 feet; thence East along the South <br /> line of said 1/4 1/4, 700 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue East <br /> 330.00 feet along the South lien of said 1/4 1/4; thence North 300 feet; thence <br /> West 330 feet; thence South 300 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County Board, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: in Q 7 1993 <br />
