Berceau's question of West Middleton School <br /> having concern over increased traffic. <br /> I met with Principal Patrick Kinney on March 16, 1993 to go <br /> over my plans regarding the golf course next to the school. <br /> He said that he had met with the PTA the evening before and <br /> given them a report of our previous telephone conversation. <br /> He told me that everyone was satisfied with his report. I <br /> asked him if anyone was concerned with the possibility of <br /> increased traffic and he said no. He thought that the golf <br /> course traffic was preferable to increased sod truck activity. <br /> In response to the RPC question of the requested B1 zoning <br /> not being directly connected the RE1 : <br /> I have included copies of an amended servey to cover this item. <br /> Number 9 green has been included in the RE1 instead of the B! . <br /> The D'Onofrio firm did not believe the county zoning would want <br /> the approx. 2 acres inc luded in the drainage swale to be <br /> excluded from the requested B1 leaving an island zoned Agl . <br /> I will leave this up to you. <br /> 411111k4% 277i;:it-- <br /> AO ' <br /> les E.
