ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5548 , <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> RUTLAND <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be amended to include in the RE-2 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5548: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 19 and SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 20, described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner <br /> Section 20, Town of Rutland; <br /> thence South 1500 feet more or less to the point of beginning. Thence S 83° <br /> 00' West 175 feet more or less to the centerline USH 14; thence S 07° 00' East <br /> 500 feet more or less; thence N 83° 00' East 382 feet more or less; thence N <br /> 07° 00' West 500 feet more or less; thence S 83° 00' 207 feet more or less to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
