ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5549 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> COTTAGE GROVE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be amended to include in the <br /> RH-2 and RH-3 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5549: <br /> Part of the S 1/2 NW 1/4 Section 30, Town of Cottage Grove described as <br /> follows: TO RH-2: Part of Lot #3, Certified Survey Map #5392 being a part of <br /> the S 1/2 NW 1/4 of Section 30, Town of Cottage Grove described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot #3, thence S 87° 23' 00" West <br /> along the North right-of-way of Luds Lane, 1086.38 feet; thence N 00° 26' 40" <br /> East along the east right-of-way line of CTH AB, 308.90 feet; thence N 86° 37' <br /> 57" East, 1089.54 feet; thence S 00° 50' 56" West along the East line of said <br /> Lot #3, 323.33 feet to the point of beginning.
