This site is within the Central Urban Service Area; however, it receives no urban services. The <br /> reason rezoning is needed is that the area has been reduced by annexation to Middleton and a preliminary plat <br /> of lands to the west and north. <br /> The rezoning will not allow additional development and therefore appears consistent.
