ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5582 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SUN PRAIRIE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the <br /> R-3 Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5582: <br /> Part of the E 1/2 NW 1/4 Section 28, Town of Sun Prairie described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the North quarter corner of Section 28; thence South 1342 more or <br /> less feet along the North-South quarter line of Section 28; thence West 45 feet <br /> to the West right-of-way line of CTH N; thence continue West 135 more or less <br /> feet; thence North 215 more or less feet; thence N 77° 00' East 142 more or <br /> less feet to a point in the curve of the West right-of-way line of CTH N; <br /> thence along the chord of a curve to the right in the West right-of-way line 46 <br /> more or less feet to the point of tangency. Thence West 5.0 feet; thence South <br /> 207 more or less feet along the West right-of-way line of CTH N to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: I <br />
