The legal description of the real estate which is proposed to <br /> be rezoned is Lot Three (3) , Certified Survey Map 6950, recorded in Volume <br /> 35 of Certified Survey Maps on pages 7 to 10, No. 2420577. <br /> 2. The tax parcel number is <br /> 3. The proposed use of said real estate. Said real estate shall <br /> be applicants' residence. Applicants must obtain a conditional use permit <br /> in order to occasionally park and store a semi-truck and trailer owned <br /> by applicant on said real estate. <br /> 4. Time schedule for development. Applicants shall build a residence <br /> and 30' x 50' pole shed on said real estate during 1993. <br /> 5. Both RH4 and AG2 zoning allow a residence and pole shed.
