The legal description of the real estate which is proposed to <br /> be rezoned is Lot Three (3) , Certified Survey Map 6950, recorded in Volume 35 <br /> of Certified Survey Maps on pages 7 to 10, No. 2420577. <br /> 2. The acreage to be rezoned is 26.84± acres. <br /> 3. Soil classifications and percentage of each class within the <br /> area for rezoning are <br /> 4. The tax parcel number is <br /> 5. The reason for the rezoning. Petitioners shall construct a <br /> residence, garage and pole shed on the real estate.
