, • ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5586 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of BERRY The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Berry be amended to include in the RH-1 and RH-3 Rural Homes District the following described land: Pet. #5586: Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 2 and NW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 11 Town of Berry described as follows: TO RH-1: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Section 2; thence S 89° 52' 05" East, 310 feet more or less; thence Southwesterly, 605 feet, more or less, to a point on the centerline of STH 19 said point being 150 feet, more or less, Southeasterly from the West line of said Section 11; thence Northwesterly, 150 feet, more or less, along said centerline, to the West line of said Section 11; thence Northerly, 435 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. TO RH-3: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 2; thence S 89° 52' 05" East, 310 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning of this description; thence continuing S 89° 52' 05" East, 281.44 feet; thence N 86° 25' 14" East, 326.21 feet; thence N 89° 04' 17" East, 47.13 feet to a point on the Northerly projection of the West line of Certified Survey Map #1251; thence S 01° 58' 30' East, 771.41 feet along the West line of CSM 1251 and its extension, to the centerline of STH 19; thence Westerly, 945 feet, more or less, along the centerline of Highway 19; thence Northeasterly, 605 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. EFFECTIVE DATE: 9 5
