, <br /> • ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5586 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BERRY <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Berry be amended to include in the RH-1 and <br /> RH-3 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5586: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 2 and NW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 11 Town of Berry <br /> described as follows: TO RH-1: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said <br /> Section 2; thence S 89° 52' 05" East, 310 feet more or less; thence <br /> Southwesterly, 605 feet, more or less, to a point on the centerline of STH 19 <br /> said point being 150 feet, more or less, Southeasterly from the West line of <br /> said Section 11; thence Northwesterly, 150 feet, more or less, along said <br /> centerline, to the West line of said Section 11; thence Northerly, 435 feet, <br /> more or less, to the point of beginning. TO RH-3: Commencing at the Southwest <br /> corner of said Section 2; thence S 89° 52' 05" East, 310 feet, more or less, to <br /> the point of beginning of this description; thence continuing S 89° 52' 05" <br /> East, 281.44 feet; thence N 86° 25' 14" East, 326.21 feet; thence N 89° 04' 17" <br /> East, 47.13 feet to a point on the Northerly projection of the West line of <br /> Certified Survey Map #1251; thence S 01° 58' 30' East, 771.41 feet along the <br /> West line of CSM 1251 and its extension, to the centerline of STH 19; thence <br /> Westerly, 945 feet, more or less, along the centerline of Highway 19; thence <br /> Northeasterly, 605 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: 9 5 <br />
