Ketelboeter Real Estate
Located in the Town of Berry
Dear Mr. Reynolds:
I am representing Mr. Paul W. Ketelboeter regarding his pending transfer of real
estate. As you may recall , we discussed this matter by telephone yesterday. I
understand that your deadline for rezoning applications is today at 4:00 p.m.
Therefore, this letter is being delivered by Mr. Arlan K. Ketelboeter. Arlan is
Paul 's son and is authorized to make the application on behalf of Paul .
I have enclosed copies of the following for your consideration of the rezoning
application:
1. Preliminary Survey Map number 12978, dated February 1, 1993, prepared by
George A. Weir, Surveyor.
2. Letter from George A. Weir, dated February 1, 1993.
3. Paul Ketelboeter personal check number 4235 in the amount of $100.00.
The enclosed preliminary map partitions the existing real estate into two lots.
Lot 1 (Houselot) is approximately 2.6 acres and will be occupied by Paul
Ketelboeter's as his residence. Lot 2 (Woodlot) is approximately 14.1 acres and
will be eventually transferred to Arlan Ketelboeter. Arlan currently owns the
adjoining Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map 1251. The enclosed letter from the
surveyor contains the preliminary metes and bounds legal description necessary
for the rezoning application.
Because of the partitioning and the eventual recording of the Certified Survey
Map, I understand that rezoning is required. As we discussed yesterday, the
Ketelboeters are interested in an appropriate rural housing rezoning which can
avoid a "non-confirming use" classification.
