The March 26, 1993 letter to the Town <br /> of Verona from Attorney Robert Hesslink contains the answer to <br /> the question posed by the Zoning Committee. In short, the <br /> actions taken by the Zoning Committee are separate and distinct <br /> from the Court ' s decision, and the Court ' s action imposes no <br /> obligation upon the Zoning Committee to act in one way or <br /> another . <br /> The Zoning Committee is to follow their usual procedure, <br /> i .e. decide if the requested rezone an appropriate land use. <br /> MLO: 001e/njh <br />
