Cupp and Michael J. Cupp have purchased <br /> a cleaning franchise called SERVICEMASTER. It is a small <br /> business that we will be doing on a part time basis. We are <br /> requesting a Conditional Use Permit so we could run the business <br /> out of our basement, until we begin to grow. We estimate this <br /> time period to be approximately one year from now. The only <br /> employees will be Rodney A. Cupp and Michael J. Cupp to begin <br /> with. We estimate adding an employee to our business within <br /> two years. However, by that time we will probably have our <br /> new location. We only want to work out the house until we get <br /> on our feet. <br /> For our business we will not need any additional buildings or <br /> such. The only thing we will be doing is putting in a separate <br /> phone-line and putting a computer in the basement. Our cleaning <br /> equipment will be kept in the basement on the other side of <br /> the wall. Our cleaning supplies will be kept at our clients <br /> location and at the local SERVICEMASTER distributor in Madison. <br /> Our office space will take up 80 sq. ft. The storage area will <br /> also be 80 sq. ft. Our business will take up 13% of the basement <br /> which is 1176 sq. ft. The service van will only take up about <br /> 4% of the driveway.
