DANE COUNTY Page 1 of <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1044 <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD <br /> PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF <br /> ORDINANCES DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT the conditional use permit subject to conditions. <br /> FOR: Limited Family Business - Cleaning & janitorial business. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 2/23/93 EXPIRATION DATE: SEE BELOW <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> C.U.P. #1044 : <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 29, Town of Westport described as <br /> follows: Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4, commencing at the Northeast <br /> corner of said 1/4 1/4, thence South 579 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. Thence continue South 126 feet; thence West 175 feet; <br /> thence North 126 feet; thence East 175 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONS <br /> These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, <br /> any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for <br /> revocation of this permit. <br /> 1) . The business shall be limited to an office in the basement of <br /> the residence. <br /> 2) . Only one business use truck may be parked on the property and <br /> must be parked in the driveway. <br /> 3) . The conditional use permit shall expire in one year from the <br /> date office issue. <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND <br /> IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE <br /> FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1. That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the <br /> proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or <br /> endanger the public health, safety, morals, comfort or <br /> general welfare. <br /> 2 . That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the <br /> neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not be <br /> substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, <br /> maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use. <br /> 3 . That the establishment of the proposed conditional use will <br /> not impede the normal and orderly development and <br /> improvement of the surrounding property for uses permitted <br /> in the district. <br /> 4 . That adequate utilities, access roads, drainage and other <br /> necessary site improvements will be made. <br />
