ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5550 <br /> • <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNKIRK <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunkirk be amended to include in the RH-2 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 29, Town of Dunkirk described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Section 29; thence West 585 feet; <br /> thence North 575 feet; thence East 260 feet; thence South 300 feet; thence East <br /> 325 feet; thence South 275 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description is intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to <br /> record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> CONDITION OF ZONING APPROVAL <br /> This is the last land division which will be allowed to be separated from <br /> the primary property because the maximum parcel density as specified in the <br /> Dunkirk Land Use Plan has been utilized. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: = in � 8 f993. <br />
