In reviewing Mr. White's plans, they do not appear to conflict <br /> with the Dane County Range. Mr. White plans to build basically to the south of the <br /> range property. Even if the current range facility is reopened it appears that if additional <br /> residences are built, as described to me by Mr. White, they will not be in a line of fire <br /> when the range is in use. <br /> I do not wish to have this letter construed as my being a proponent of this project; <br /> however, in viewing Mr. White's proposal in an unbiased manner, I believe the project <br /> will not have any impact on the use of the range.
