After consulting with the town attorney,John Mitby,the <br /> following wording was arrived at: <br /> "The zoning change will be approved with the following restrictions and <br /> conditions placed upon all three lots in the certified survey: <br /> For a period of fifty(50)years after the date of the zoning approval,no <br /> person having an interest in the said premises shall, directly or indirectly,petition or <br /> join in any petition for direct annexation that would have the effect of detaching said <br /> premises from the Town of Blooming Grove and annexing the same to another <br /> municipality." <br /> I have not received any copy of the approval from the City of Madison regarding the <br /> subdivision. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Patricia Ampe, Chair - - <br />
