October 23, 1975 -George Weir set an Iron Pipe at the corner being on the centerline of CTH N by occupation and the use of old notes. October 22, 1985 - David Riesop found the 1" Iron Pipe at the corner. A previous survey by William Marcy in 1918, blue book Vol. 5, Page 570, called for a stone set at this corner and a tie was made to the NE corner of a house. The area was excavated and probed but no stone was found. The pipe found fits the fence line to the south and is within 2 feet of Marcy's distance to the South to the West 1/4 corner of Section 36. The pipe also fits occupation lines near the 1/16th corner to the East and agrees with blue book record Vol. 5, Page 266 calling for the corner to be in the center of the road and in line with the fence to the south. The pipe location was accepted. February 20, 2002 -John Norwell tied the found 1" Iron Pipe with set rebar prior to the asphalt surfacing of CTH N. June 2, 2008- Richard Palmer found a 1" Iron Pipe 0.5' below the surface at the position shown on the previous tie sheets and accepted the position. (j) I, Kevin C.
