It is noted this may not conform to the Town Line as ran by Arden Sandsnes per <br /> field book 490 page 24 (Albion). <br /> May 14, 1979 -Arden Sandsnes found a 1" Iron Pipe near the corner and found the concrete monument as set <br /> by Philip H. Hintz dated 1912, and recorded in Vol. 5, Page 6 of Plats and placed an aluminum monument at <br /> the surface over the concrete monument. The location of the iron pipe was reset following the installation of <br /> the monument. <br /> January 11, 1991 - Daniel Paulson found a Dane County Aluminum Monument as shown on the 1979 <br /> reference sheet. Paulson replaced the monument cap and added a 2" riser. Existing ties were checked and <br /> additional ties were set in conjunction with the CTH N resurfacing project. <br /> February 20, 2002 -John Norwell tied off the found aluminum monument prior to asphalt surfacing of CTH N. <br /> The monument was found 0.2' below the new surface and was re-covered with cold mix. <br /> (j) I, Kevin C.
