February 19, 1975 -George Weir found a 1" iron pipe at the corner as set by George Radl per Weir Map #5126-L dated May 12, 1965. May 14, 1979-Arden Sandsnes dug and found the concrete monument for the remonumentation of the Town of Albion by Philip H. Hintze, Dated 1912, Volume 5, Page 6 of Plats. Concrete monument located 3.35 feet west of an existing 1" iron pipe previously used as the corner per the 1975 monument record. The iron pipe was removed during the excavation and reset. An aluminum monument was set to the surface above the found concrete monument. (j) I, Kevin C.
