(e) Describe any material discrepancy between the location of the corner as restored or reestablished
and the location of that corner as previously restored or reestablished by distance and direction. Show
the discrepancy in the sketch on sheet 1.
None
(f)Was the corner restored through acceptance of(1) an obliterated evidence location, or(2)a found
perpetuated location?
A found perpetuated location.
(g&h)Was the corner reestablished through proportionate methods? If so, show the method, including
the directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for
proportioning in determining the corner location?
Not Applicable.
(i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including
monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey.
October 30, 1981 -Arden Sandsnes reconstructed this corner based on previous records and an existing
railroad spike. Double proportionate method would have moved the point 7-9 feet west of the centerline and
2-3 feet south of the existing point. Excavation in the area indicated all gravel backfill next to and west of
culvert. Town road crew stated it would be fruitless to dig further and stated the entire area was excavated to
install the new pipe. It was also stated that the crew did not observe a stone monument at the time of
excavation. An aluminum monument was set at the location of the railroad spike.
(j) I, Kevin C.
