An aluminum <br /> monument was set by Michael Clayton, as shown on a previous tie sheet dated December 21, 1981. Clayton <br /> states that he established the corner position from previous surveys of Park Addition to the City of Stoughton. <br /> Weir found the aluminum monument as shown on the Clayton tie sheet and accepted the location. <br /> March 16, 2001 - Richard Palmer found the Aluminum Monument at the corner as previously tied by George <br /> Weir. <br /> August 11, 2005 - Richard Palmer found the Aluminum Monument and accepted the position. The existing ties <br /> were measured and one new reference monument was set. <br /> (j) I, Kevin C.
