Sandsnes set an aluminum monument at the surface above the <br /> found concrete monument. The origin of the concrete monument is remonumentation of the Town of Albion by <br /> Philip H. Hintz, dated 1912, Volume 5, Page 6 of plats. Tie sheet shows a previous railroad spike was located <br /> 2.32'westerly of the concrete monument and was replaced with a 1" iron pipe following the setting of the <br /> aluminum monument. <br /> (j) I, Kevin C.
