June 14, 1974 -An unnamed monument record shows an iron pipe set at the East corner of Section 13 within the intersection of Washington Road and CTH A. March 3, 1981 -Arden Sandsnes dug and found a concrete monument at the West corner of Section 18, T5N, R12E in the Town of Albion. Sandsnes set an aluminum monument at the surface above the found concrete monument. The origin of the concrete monument is remonumentation of the Town of Albion by Philip H. Hintze, dated 1912, Volume 5, Page 6 of Plats. Four 2" iron pipes were set as reference monuments. (j) I, Kevin C.
