Corner was found and tied. <br /> February 1971 -Arden Sandsnes set the NW corner of Section 18, T5N, R12E in the Town of Albion 2707.7' <br /> west of the monument at the North 1/4 corner and 2664.7' north of a railroad spike at the West 1/4 corner of <br /> Section 18. <br /> March 3, 1981 -Arden Sandsnes dug and found a concrete monument at the SW corner of Section 7, T5N, <br /> R12E in the Town of Albion. An aluminum monument was set at the surface above the found concrete <br /> monument. The origin of the concrete monument is the remonumentation of the Town of Albion by Philip H. <br /> Hintze, dated 1912, Volume 5, Page 6 of plats. <br /> (j) I, Kevin C.
