An aluminum monument was set at the <br /> surface above the found concrete monument. The origin of the concrete monument is remonumentation of the <br /> Town of Albion by Philip H. Hintz, dated 1912, Volume 5, Page 6 of Plats. Four 2" iron pipe reference ties <br /> were established. <br /> July 10, 1989 -George Weir found the aluminum monument and the reference ties and accepted the location. <br /> (j) I, Kevin C.
