ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5559 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> VERMONT <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Vermont be amended to include in the A-2 <br /> and A-2(4) Agriculture District: <br /> Pet. #5559: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 Section 9, Town of Vermont described as follows: <br /> TO A-2: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 9; thence North, <br /> 1390.47 feet; thence N 89° 54' 55" West, 24.75 feet to the point of beginning; <br /> thence continue N 89° 54' 55" West, 10.62.47 feet; thence S 37° 35' 05" West, <br /> 428.25 feet to the centerline of Blue Mounds Trail; thence Northeasterly along <br /> the said centerline of Blue Mounds Trail to a point which is 291.78 feet South <br /> from the Northeast corner and 24.75 feet West at a right nagle to the East line <br /> of the said NE 1/4 Section 9; thence South parallel with the said East line, <br /> 966.68 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified <br /> survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
